Agency Social Workers are the cornerstone in supporting A New Beginning Foster Family Agency’s Resource Families.
The Agency Social Workers have weekly face to face visits with the foster children and monthly visits to the Resource Family's home to ensure the child's needs are being met and the home is in compliance.
A New Beginning Foster Family Agency’s Agency Social Workers have extensive training, education, and experience in the field of Social Work and Therapeutic Services.
Frontline Support For Families
The Agency Social Worker and/or Support Staff provides help and support in the following areas:
- Support in preparing the home for approval and ongoing compliance.
- Matching the needs of the foster children with the Resource Family.
- The Agency Social Worker answers questions and provide needed advice and guidance.
